'12 ARAUJO ALTAGRACIA! Superb Cabernet from a legend!

Drop what you're doing and grab a few of these...PLEASE. We've RARELY had enough Araujo to even send out an email, and the 2012 is insanely great. Plus it is nearly 75% LESS than the tete de cuvee!!!

Dear Oenophile,

WOW! The second label of Araujo Eisele is a rock star in this incredible vintage. Beautiful structure, rich, spicy fruit and French oak, seamless tannins and a crazy-long finish. Good Lord, what are you waiting for?! A CLASSIC!!  Now, I've ALWAYS been a huge Araujo fan. In many a blind tasting of Napa big-guns, it often flattens the competition. Not because it is bigger, but because it is FINER. It is more elegant, but not lacking in power or concentration. The Eisele vineyard is one of the world's finest grape sources anywhere (a fact that has not escaped new owners CHATEAU LATOUR!) and the wines it produces, are for me, on par with Screaming Eagle and Harlan Estate. JUST BUY THIS. If you are not jaw-droppingly impressed, I'll fly out to wherever you are and make you dinner and wash your car.
IT IS QUITE SIMPLY NAPA CAB AT ITS FINEST!

2012 ARAUJO ALTAGRACIA NAPA VALLEY $129.99!!

The Araujo Eisele Cabernet in 2012 scored 96-98+ from Parker --- personally, I'd go 95 on the Altagracia, but that's me. I'm just shocked to actually have a few bottles, especially in this stupendous vintage!!

More info from the winery: "Altagracia, named after Bart Araujo’s grandmother, is a Bordeaux-style blend vinified in the same manner as the Eisele Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon. Fruit for Altagracia is sourced both from the Eisele Vineyard and from certain other Napa Valley vineyards where we hold long-term grape contracts and which are farmed to our specifications. This Napa Valley Red Table Wine, while very ageable, is readily enjoyable in its youth."

Winery tasting note:  “This Altagracia is a generous wine reflecting the exceptional quality of the vintage. The 2012 vintage is balanced and harmonious, offering beautiful ripeness with no excess. The wine reflects the character of the eastern parcels of the Eisele Vineyard, and its fine-grained tannins provide a perfect foil for the intensity and richness of the layered fruit. 71% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Petit Verdot, 8% Cabernet Franc, 6% Merlot, 4% Malbec."

SUPER LIMITED! Arrives one week --- please let us know ASAP!
