Despite the initial radiance and sweetness of the fruit, there is plenty of underling structure and sheer power here. This is another fabulous effort from Chris Phelps. Anticipated maturity: 2014-2024.`Additional Notes from the Wine Advocate: `Chris Phelps crafts these gorgeous Cabernets from the Sleeping Lady Vineyard in Yountville. The wines are aged in French oak barrels (50-60% new) and bottled with no fining or filtration.`
