Rated 92 points by the Burghound: `(from a .65 ha parcel in Mazis-Bas of 70+ year old vines). An impressively complex amalgam of menthol, anise and earth notes plus layered red and blue pinot fruit aromas merge into supple, detailed and intensely soildriven medium weight plus flavors that are delicious and stain the palate on the long and powerful finish. This is relatively fine in the context of the appellation but there`s plenty of muscle underneath. (91-94)/2020+ Note: the Maume ?07s were bottled unfined and unfiltered in July, 2009.`
