From Coral Mika - Import Manager: "I heart these bubbles. Dethune is my go-to for midrange champagne. It is a grower champagne and as with a lot of grower champagnes, I find that Dethune outshines the bigger champagne houses in terms of complexity and depth. For me, it encompasses all of the characteristics that are most loved about sparkling: the toast, nut and brioche, zesty citrus fruits, refreshing minerality and killer acid. This champy is crafted with love, you can tell."
