Soft wood frames the pure, elegant and notably cool red cherry liqueur and mineral-infused nose that precedes the energetic and moderately firm middle weight flavors that brim with a lovely stoniness on the focused and exquisitely well-detailed finish where the wood resurfaces. A classic Champeaux where the underlying tannins are very sophisticated."
